Analyst identity & Access Management

  • Heavy involvement in Active Directory user, group, and file share permission management.
  • Creates reports to identify provisioning inconsistencies or conflicts and operationalizes processes to regularly identify and remediate issues
  • Automates or streamlines existing processes and workflows
  • Defines, validates, and maintains user access roles (RBAC Business roles)
  • Analyzes user access roles and processes to independently assess compliance with defined standards
  • Conducts user access re-certifications, as defined by company policies
  • Strictly adheres to audit and regulatory controls, as well as IAM standards. Independently identifies gaps and proposes solutions
  • Regularly reviews and maintains documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and procedures and identifies opportunities for process improvement
  • Serves as a key IAM project resource for existing tools on RBAC, LDAP, PAM, SSO, Web SSO, MFA, ….
  • Collaborates with IT and business teams
  • Uses various systems and applications to support user access requirements for the business end users.
  • Ensure that the needs for IAM are met in a comprehensive and consistent manner by analyzing business processes and integrating application requirements with the technical capabilities of the IAM-related products.
  • Identify gaps in the current IAM setup and process infrastructure; investigate options and make recommendations.
  • Analyze the existing digital identity processes through interactive workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Identify challenges and translate them to functional and non-functional requirements.

Job Specific Competencies
  • Experience with modern Identity and Access Management concepts (Passwordless, customer authentication,….) is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM),
  • Segregation of Duties (SOD) and information security management concepts is required
  • Subject Matter Expert with Active Directory IAM-related features (user and group management, fileshare permissions, basic Powershell scripting related to these features is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
