As Project Manager & Teamlead:
- You manage scope, time, risk and budget of the project(s) at hand;
- You work towards a timely and qualitative delivery of the project in an agile way;
- You act as a trusted advisor and you cultivate enduring customer relationships;
- You are the first point of contact for both the customer and the Tropos team on the project(s) assigned to you and you act as a liaison between them;
- You translate business questions into manageable tasks for your team of data engineers;
- You do regular one-on-ones, coaching conversations and a performance review at the end of the year with the colleagues on your project team(s);
- You inspire and motivate your team(s) and you celebrate success along the way;
- You ensure that people can learn and grow on projects by having an eye for their personal talents and competencies and by offering hands-on learning opportunities to everyone;
- You share best practices and knowledge within Tropos;

- You are energized by coaching and developing people and at the same time you are able to set and guard boundaries if necessary.
- You preferably have some previous experience in applying the above competencies in an IT consulting context. You are willing to learn about and work in an expertise-driven (data) engineering environment.
