Medior Software Engineer
- Develop and implement complex algorithms and business logic
- Integrate software with third-party systems or APIs
- Write unit tests and Functional tests - happy flow and fringe cases
- More advanced performance of code reviews and give more complete & valuable feedback on merge requests to colleagues, based on Coding Guidelines of Factry
- Critically perform QA testing of User Stories from the perspective of the end-user, using its acceptance criteria as a main guideline
- Collaborate in generating ideas regarding the overall architecture of a solution
- Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve daily issues and improve performance
- Providing technical support to end-users and clients
- Configure and deploy software applications to production environment
- Actively collaborate in code refactoring and re-architectures to improve software maintainability and performance.

- Language: English
- Proficient in at least two frontend and backend programming languages (Go, Svelte, e.g. Python, C#, Java / Ruby, Vue.js, …)
- Proficient in getting data from a relational / time series data source (SQL)
- Proficient in development tools (GIT, PM tool, pipelines)
- Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology, and ability to actively engage in the meetings
- Able to verify the correct functioning of the CI pipelines, and make minor modifications
- Proficient in Linux / SSH commands
- Proficient in the basics of computer networks
- Experience with software testing (unit, functional, integration)
- Familiar with cybersecurity best pratices and secure coding techniques
- Development by experience: replicate previous solutions of previous projects
