As a Senior Data Engineer:
- Most of the time, you will work in a project context in close collaboration with the Tropos team and with the customer
- Together with your colleagues and our technology partners, you translate business questions into solid technical solutions that work for the customer
- You support, facilitate and coördinate a small team of data engineers (1 up to 4) on your project(s) so that they can build and deliver good data solutions
- You communicate and follow up on progress with the team and the customer in an Agile way (think sprint cycles, demos, …)
- You manage and signal risk & data compliance issues and you align stakeholders
- You contribute to and work on internal R&D development tracks.

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in STEM or a natural affinity for logical thinking
