Solutions Architect

As a Solution Architect you design and implement modern data solutions that generate measurable business impact. In this role, you will play a key part in building integrated data ecosystems across all layers of the modern data stack.

You will bridge the gap between strategic business goals and technical execution, architecting data solutions that enable advanced analytics across diverse platforms and use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Tailored Data Platforms: Design data infrastructures that reflect the client’s unique business needs—leveraging our reusable scripts and architectural best practices to ensure consistency, performance, and governance.
  • Lead Data Platform Migrations: Plan and support cloud-to-cloud or on-prem-to-cloud migrations using our proven migration approach, optimized through Kali, our proprietary accelerator for reliable and automated migrations.
  • Translate Business Needs into Data Products: Collaborate with clients to turn analytical challenges into complete data solutions—from replication and modeling to business-facing dashboards and BI tools.
  • Enable AI Readiness: Design architectures that support advanced analytics and machine learning solutions, aligning with both technical and business ambition for long-term scalability.
  • Ensure Data Governance and Security: Integrate best-in-class security, data quality, and governance principles into all solution designs to enable trusted self-service environments.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Share insights and improvements with the wider team, and help refine our reusable toolkits, frameworks, and architectural playbooks.
