Technical Lead
- You lead the software analysts, software support, and testing team
- You supervise the work and solve technical issues
- You are the link between the different teams and product manager
- You are responsible for the Software Development Lifecycle including sprint planning or software releases
- You check feasibility and expectations of new development
- You challenge the requirements
- You draft applicative architecture and protect our guidelines
- You coordinate with the software development team
- You coordinate with external services suppliers
- You guarantee and protect overall quality of the development

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science (or equivalent through experience)
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Technical lead
- A minimum of 2 years work experience as application Architect
- You once were a developer
- Familiar with waterfall and Agile/Scrum development
- Familiar with system architecture and design principles
- Languages: Native speaker (C2) French or Dutch, with a very good level of the non-native language and English (C1)
- Ability to work in a small but dynamic team
- Project Management Proficiency is a must
- Self-organizing, proven ability to work in a SME
- You are able to transfer knowledge to support and operations
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Curiosity, energy and resistance to stress are also part of your skills
- You are analytical, able to anticipate business and strategic evolution
- You are diplomatic and consider yourself a born negotiator

The two professional organizations OVB (Orde van Vlaamse Balies) and OBFG (Ordre des Barreaux Francophones et Germanophone), in cooperation with Diplad, created the "Digital Platform for Attorneys" (DP-A). The DP-A is an online platform through which a Belgian attorneys can communicate digitally with courts, confreres and third parties. DP-A aims to serve 18.000 attorneys that are affiliated to the two professional organizations.
